Administrative Finance Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of the CS GROUP Finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing;
  • Processing incoming invoices and maintaining accurate records;
  • Administering day-to-day finances, including cash management and online banking;
  • Preparing monthly accounting reconciliations and ensuring financial controls are in place;
  • Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions;
  • Coordinating the payment of bills, invoices, and staff and expense claims;
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial administration, with a strong understanding of financial software packages;
  • A positive and professional attitude towards challenges, with a focus on delivering high-quality results;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with knowledge of another European language an advantage;
  • A proactive and flexible approach to working, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
