Administrative Finance Manager

Job Summary
As a key member of the CS GROUP Finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing;
- Processing incoming invoices and maintaining accurate records;
- Administering day-to-day finances, including cash management and online banking;
- Preparing monthly accounting reconciliations and ensuring financial controls are in place;
- Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions;
- Coordinating the payment of bills, invoices, and staff and expense claims;
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial administration, with a strong understanding of financial software packages;
- A positive and professional attitude towards challenges, with a focus on delivering high-quality results;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with knowledge of another European language an advantage;
- A proactive and flexible approach to working, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
