YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Our Sales division is the driving force behind new customer acquisition and engagement throughout Europe. Our sales professionals excel in everything from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Strategic Partnerships teams, they expand our market presence with a value-driven, solution-oriented approach, leveraging their expertise to rapidly grow our customer base in an environmentally conscious manner.

We are seeking a Regional Sales Executive to join our Client Travel team in Germany, aiming to meet and exceed our targets for both new and existing business. Your daily activities will involve identifying prospects that align with our target accounts and refining your outreach strategies to enhance conversion rates, supported by a robust sales engagement platform.

You will engage with clients in person to showcase the benefits of our solutions. You will oversee the onboarding process to ensure that Free Now technology effectively supports our clients in their daily operations. Additionally, you will manage a portfolio of existing clients, conducting relationship meetings, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and closely monitoring their booking patterns.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets (experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous but not essential)You thrive on being active and have a strong understanding of your city’s dynamicsYou recognize how your actions influence your sales performanceYou are capable of making data-informed decisionsYou enjoy networking and engaging with new individuals, knowing how to connect with them effectivelyYou leverage coaching opportunities and self-assessment to enhance your sales capabilitiesYou are fluent in German and possess at least a B2 level of English
