Position OverviewWe are currently seeking IT Infrastructure Specialists to join our IT department. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding all IT-related matters concerning infrastructure, systems, and services. You will play a vital role in supporting the business in implementing new IT solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd level support for branch systems and infrastructure
- Collaborating with IT service providers, corporate IT, and key users to implement new IT requirements
- Identifying technology needs in alignment with business objectives
- Designing and deploying IT systems and solutions while adhering to corporate guidelines and security protocols
- Monitoring and regularly reviewing IT services
- Completed training or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications
- Experience with networks, virtualization, and retail systems is desirable
- Background in IT or project management is a plus
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident & Change Management) is advantageous
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service orientation, communication skills, and teamwork
- Strong analytical thinking and assertiveness
