About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Doctolib. As a Technical Onboarding Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the migration of relevant data from external practice systems to our Patient Relationship Management solution.
  • Convert and refine data files using Excel and other tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide technical guidance to internal teams and external practice staff on data migration best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between practices and medical centers, facilitating communication and technical support during onboarding.
  • Develop and implement training programs, create technical solutions, and contribute to our Tooling Taskforce as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level) languages.
  • Advanced knowledge of data processing and formatting in Excel or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of advanced data processing methods (e.g., SQL, Regular Expressions) or programming.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Strong IT knowledge of infrastructure, networks, VPNs, and their setup (e.g., Citrix VDI, Terminal Server, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services).
