Main Responsibilities:
- Regular exchange with Outside/Field Sales teams
- Account research and qualification
- Customer support and development of small businesses
- Scheduling appointments for Outside/Field Sales at medium-sized companies
- Creating and presenting quotations to customers
- Supporting and preparing new business and customer implementations
- Closing cooperation with various departments
Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship in a commercial area, preferably as a forwarding agent
- Multi-year sales experience is desirable
- Applicants from operational departments are welcome
- Knowledge of airfreight, oceanfreight, and other logistics services
- Service-based, outcome- and result-oriented working
- High communication skills
- Enjoy dealing with people
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English (fluent in spoken and written)
