Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Specialist - Paid Social

Delivery Hero is seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Specialist - Paid Social to join our Regional Performance Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing and supporting the strategy for all paid social channels, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns to drive app acquisition and improve performance against monthly targets.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and make suggestions to allocate budget between channels, devices, and campaigns.
  • Lead projects and campaigns, ensuring quality delivery and achievement of KPIs through cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams and provide guidance on implementing local tactics.
  • Contribute to the improvement of best practice guidelines and disseminate digital expertise across teams.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Strong app acquisition expertise and full-funnel marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, instruct teams, and manage stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
