IT Generalist for Green Tech Startup

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated IT Generalist to join our team at Kraftblock, a leading energy storage system company. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a central role in the integration, administration, and maintenance of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the integration, administration, and maintenance of our IT system, creating the basis for growth opportunities at Kraftblock.
  • Lead cloud migration, computing, and cloud architecture initiatives.
  • Design and implement system architecting and cyber security measures.
  • Develop process design and documentation using BPMN 2.0 and operationalize processes in our daily work using process tools.
  • Support the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana and introduce a new document management system.
  • Design and continuously improve our IT processes and structures.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our IT system and provide training and support to users.
  • Assist colleagues with software and hardware issues.
Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Have initial practical experience in the IT sector, preferably through internships or projects in start-ups or industry.
  • Knowledge of SAP or willingness to familiarize yourself with the system is an advantage.
  • Experience in process design, e.g. BPMN 2.0, and understanding of integrating processes with a company's IT landscape.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner.
  • Strong commitment and agile mindset to deliver high-quality results.
  • Very good command of English, knowledge of German is desirable.
