Senior Manager Concept Solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-performance concept projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance product performance and enable athletes to achieve higher levels of performance.
- Develop clear goals, measurements of success, and strategies to deliver solutions against identified athlete opportunities.
- Prioritize activities to maximize innovation impact for the brand, striving to be a best-in-class consulting engineer.
- Solve challenges to improve product performance and enable multiple solutions through innovative methodologies and teamwork.
- Protect intellectual property and work with the legal team to safeguard solutions.
- Manage the testing of solutions to examine product performance metrics versus benchmark products.
- Enable solutions embodiment in product prototypes, ensuring clarity on required requirements to maintain efficacy.
- Collaborate on validation of products through athlete testing.
- Write specifications for validated products, enabling quality control, assurance, and enhanced means of manufacture.
- Support commercialization and scaling of high-performance products, addressing durability, performance, and manufacturability issues.
- Manage resources effectively, balancing output and performance.
- Initiate and collaborate with technical internal and external partners.
Additional Responsibilities
- Educate and train colleagues by sharing knowledge on an ongoing basis.
- Prepare and present engineering results reports, communicating effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay connected to relevant current and upcoming research, technologies, methods, and industry trends, building an effective information network.
- Partner with leading organizations to extend the capability of the team.
Requirements
- Curiosity for science and engineering, with a passion for practical application in an impactful way.
- Advanced university degree in a technical field.
- 6 years of working experience, including postgraduate research.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to cooperate well, develop, and maintain meaningful relationships.
- Work independently as well as part of a team.
- Plan working time efficiently, balancing short-term tasks with long-term goals.
- Strong analytical skills, solution-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to travel internationally.
