- Your primary responsibility will be to grow your network of urology physicians, focusing on both new acquisitions and the management of long-term relationships.
- You will gain a comprehensive understanding of your specialist physicians, their preferred communication styles, and their needs to ensure you remain their go-to contact.
- Building enduring, trust-based relationships with our Urologists will be essential, as loyalty is paramount for us and our partners.
- Acting as a bridge between strategy and execution, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing & Event Team, analyze feedback, and represent our interests at esteemed medical conferences and trade exhibitions.
- You will continuously assess our prescribers, refine your weekly planning, and manage them confidently based on well-defined KPIs.
- You possess strong communication skills with Urologists and have substantial sales experience, whether from the pharmaceutical industry or B2B sales.
- Your strengths lie not only in closing deals but also in nurturing long-term, trust-based relationships.
- You can quickly assimilate new information and convey it clearly. Additionally, you have an entrepreneurial mindset regarding your key customers and the most effective strategies.
- A university degree or equivalent qualification is required.
- A Class B driver's license (car) is necessary.
- You are fluent in German and have proficient communication skills in English.
