Responsibilities:
Process Management:
- Develop and assess process flows using tools like Miro or MS Office
- Communicate process modifications and their implications for customer service
- Implement strategies to assist customers effectively
- Support sub-projects aimed at optimizing customer service processes
- Identify trends and propose enhancements for processes
- Coordinate between internal teams and monitor issues
Support and Reporting:
- Monitor and follow up on IT-related customer service issues
- Prepare and analyze reports
- Facilitate communication between internal departments (e.g., eCommerce, Marketing)
Regulatory Documentation:
- Create, review, and authorize process documentation (SOP) for customer service
- Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and quality standards

- Refine customer service processes based on insights from user behavior and inquiries
