Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong understanding of the B2C healthcare sector. Familiarity with e-commerce processes is a plus, but we welcome candidates eager to learn.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly diagnose issues and present complex information clearly
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Responsibilities:

Process Management:

  • Develop and assess process flows using tools like Miro or MS Office
  • Communicate process modifications and their implications for customer service
  • Implement strategies to assist customers effectively
  • Support sub-projects aimed at optimizing customer service processes
  • Identify trends and propose enhancements for processes
  • Coordinate between internal teams and monitor issues

Support and Reporting:

  • Monitor and follow up on IT-related customer service issues
  • Prepare and analyze reports
  • Facilitate communication between internal departments (e.g., eCommerce, Marketing)

Regulatory Documentation:

  • Create, review, and authorize process documentation (SOP) for customer service
  • Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and quality standards

Analysis and Adjustment:

  • Conduct analyses and generate reports
  • Refine customer service processes based on insights from user behavior and inquiries
