Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Customer Insights squad, part of the Customer Data Platform domain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and operating end-to-end data science models that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy production-grade data science models that improve customer targeting and segmentation.
- Analyse and interpret complex data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and operationalize data science models and services.
- Work with product specialists and user experience teams to understand business processes and identify data requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building statistical and machine learning models in a production-grade setting.
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
- Experience with cloud-based computing platforms and MLOps best practices.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on excellence.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds in an international environment.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience leading complex data science projects and mentoring junior data scientists.
- Proven track record of scientific work in statistics, physics, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in collaborating with marketing teams for incentive optimization.
