Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Logistics Customer tribe at Delivery Hero. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying advanced machine learning models to solve complex problems and drive revenue growth.
About the RoleAs a Senior Data Scientist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency and performance of our machine learning models. Your expertise in building and training advanced machine learning models will be crucial in driving business value and informing strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement statistical, machine learning, and optimization models for choice optimization, rider fleet busyness, and travel time prediction.
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify opportunities and inform business decisions.
- Lead research initiatives to explore emerging trends and technologies in machine learning and data science.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deploy data-driven solutions that drive business growth.
- Proven expertise in machine learning and data science, with a strong background in Python and related toolkits.
- Experience in building and deploying advanced machine learning models in cloud systems, ideally with GCP and BigQuery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
