Role Overview:

This position plays a crucial role in guiding business decisions related to ImmunoDiagnostics' core marketed and pipeline products, as well as various customer segments and marketing channels. This is achieved through clear recommendations derived from customer and market insights, utilizing both secondary data analyses and primary market research studies.

The Senior Customer Insights Strategist will be pivotal in fostering data-driven decision-making and generating actionable insights to deepen our understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape. This role encompasses multiple projects and requires collaboration with senior leadership to ensure alignment of customer insights with the strategic and tactical objectives of the organization.

Daily Responsibilities:

**Opportunity and Threat Identification:** Proactively identifies potential business opportunities and threats based on comprehensive knowledge of customers, markets, and competitors. Establishes cross-functional teams to address these topics. **Secondary Market Research:** Independently develops and manages analyses related to Autoimmunity and Allergy markets. Plans, executes, interprets, and reports findings. **Competitive Intelligence:** Evaluates competitor performance globally, identifying potential threats to our Allergy and Autoimmunity business while uncovering opportunities for acquisitions. **Primary Market Research:** Collaborates with cross-functional teams to prioritize key research questions and objectives. Provides guidance to Customer Insights Managers on research design and methodologies. **Strategic Forecasting:** Responsible for creating innovative forecasting models to support strategic planning processes. Trains colleagues and other functions involved in forecasting and documents model development. **Analysis and Recommendations:** Delivers market and customer insights to support Management, Marketing, R&D, and other functions. Keys to Success:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Psychology, Life Sciences, Public Health, or equivalent experience (Master's degree preferred). Extensive market research experience, with a minimum of two years in the healthcare sector, preferably within Diagnostics. International experience and familiarity with Autoimmunity and Allergy are advantageous. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with innovative approaches to challenges and sound judgment. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate in international teams. Proven ability to lead and coordinate projects across international and interdisciplinary groups. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus. Comprehensive knowledge of report providers, study design, particularly qualitative observational methods, and questionnaire design. In-depth understanding of the healthcare market, pricing, contracting guidelines, and relevant healthcare policies. Personal attributes: Negotiation and closing skills, motivation for sales, high-level presentation skills, strong analytical abilities, and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. International experience and cultural awareness are required. This position may necessitate international travel based on project needs.
