Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Human Resources team in various tasks, including recruiting, employee support, personnel marketing, and personnel development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Administration or a related field and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the business area HR in recruiting, employee support, personnel marketing, and personnel development
  • Create job posts in coordination with the engineering team
  • Screen received applications for open vacancies and conduct first contact calls
  • Sourcing of appropriate applicants via online job portals
  • Support in the onboarding process of new employees
  • Update presentations and handbooks
  • Get in touch with partner universities for future collaborations
  • Schedule meetings and support in office tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master study in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Work experience in the business area HR desirable
  • Experienced in using MS-Office applications
  • Fluent English oral and written
  • Self-independent and a structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and capacity for teamwork
