About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Thermondo GmbH. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our climate-neutral living solutions to homeowners in the Bremen region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and revenue
  • Conduct site visits to assess customers' energy needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce (or similar CRM systems)
