Your Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary contact for our esteemed customers, playing a crucial role in maintaining our company’s positive reputation. Your main duties will include:

  • Customer Assistance: Deliver timely, professional, and courteous support to our customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues with care and efficiency.
  • Logistics Coordination: Act as the intermediary between our logistics partners and customers to promptly resolve any delivery-related issues, ensuring a smooth experience for our clientele.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely and proactively with various departments to gather essential information and insights, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed accurately and effectively.
Your Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both German and English. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus and will enhance your candidacy.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Exhibit a high degree of empathy, patience, and understanding when engaging with customers, prioritizing their needs and concerns.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Have a foundational understanding of computer usage and a willingness to learn new software and platforms.
  • Availability: As a freelancer, working student, or temporary contract worker, you should be prepared to commit to at least 40 hours of work per month.
