Market Insights Analyst

Every day, our development team, comprising around 400 specialists, strives to enhance the customer shopping experience on our online marketplace.
We seek individuals with excellent communication skills in Czech and/or Slovak who thrive in an international, English-speaking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong analytical capabilities to assess market trends.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate high motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Possess a solid understanding of technical aspects related to e-commerce.
- Bring foundational SQL knowledge to the team.
- Contribute to the development of an exceptional product search tailored for the Czech/Slovak market.
- Identify opportunities and challenges within the Czech/Slovak product search landscape.
- Serve as the Czech/Slovak expert for product teams focused on search functionalities.
- Assist the development team in comprehending language nuances, synonyms, and varying search terms.
- Optimize search result rankings, filter options, and synonym databases for the Czech market.
- Create a personalized work-life balance in an international setting with talents from over 65 nations, fostering innovative and exciting perspectives.
