We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager for Market Insights to join our dynamic team at STADA Arzneimittel AG. As a key member of our Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Business, you will play a crucial role in generating insights that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute market research plans to identify growth opportunities and assess our company's position on the market
- Provide deep dive analytics on strategic and important CHC brand topics within assigned categories
- Create meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources
- Lead all primary market research in assigned CHC categories, including defining project objectives and scope, vendor selection, project management, and delivering projects on time and to budget
- Contribute to continuous process optimization, enabling cross-functional collaboration and facilitating best-practice sharing
- Work closely with the Global CHC Brand team, CHC Portfolio Management team, country marketing teams, and the Global Business Intelligence network
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or research-related discipline
- 5-8 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence, preferably in a Consumer Healthcare company
- Mastery of designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare to drive fact-based and data-driven insights
- Proven ability to effectively manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects and communicate actionable insights across multiple teams
- Significant experience with data (IMS, Mintel, IRI) and analytics (Excel, Alteryx) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
- Confidence in analyzing and presenting data and communicating to cross-functional teams
- Understanding of the media/digital landscape and how it can be used to shape consumer insight
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Comfortable developing strong relationships within the business and across teams/markets
- Excellent English written, verbal, and presentation skills
