Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Philip Morris GmbH. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and laws in Germany and Austria.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
- Manage and coordinate tax planning and compliance activities across multiple departments.
- Provide tax advice and guidance to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure smooth tax audits and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to our tax policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Completed tax consultant examination or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar role or in advisory.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
