Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our global Tax team, you will be responsible for all Taxes (CIT, VAT, Excise, Customs) for the markets of Germany and Austria.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a main contact for authorities and functional departments.
- Ensure all compliance requirements, designing, reviewing, and implementing the processes impacting Taxes.
- Participate in company projects providing tax opinion and supporting the team in the implementation and execution phase.
- Participate in international projects supporting Central Tax Teams in data analytics and process definition.
- Work on continuous improvement of processes.
- A degree in business administration.
- Completed tax consultant examination would be preferable.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar position or in advisory.
- Independent, responsible, and structured way of working.
- Strong analytical thinking and judgment as well as strong focus on results.
- Ability to communicate tax concepts in a comprehensible way.
- Strong communication skills, coupled with high teamwork and proactivity.
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written.
