About the Role
HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH is seeking a skilled Solutions Architect Hardware to join our team in Oberkochen, Germany. As a key member of our Ground & Naval Solutions department, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing cutting-edge technical solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and revise customer requirements to create technical specifications for complex systems.
- Select and specify subsystems for interdisciplinary teams or external contractors.
- Support cost estimates and offer preparation in collaboration with the team.
- Develop and present technical solutions to customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with system engineers to develop innovative solutions.
- Coordinate with business units on future system requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Develop methodologies and regulatory requirements for interdisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to defining future specialist skills required in the team.
Requirements
- Degree in systems engineering, communications engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in systems engineering and product development.
- Strong knowledge of digital high-speed solutions and embedded systems.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Business fluent in German and English.
