Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director Service to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing legal support for daily company affairs, drafting and reviewing standard documents, and assisting the compliance team in setting up and implementing compliance management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review standard documents, terms, agreements, and provide legal support for daily company affairs.
  • Assist the compliance team in setting up and implementing compliance management systems.
  • Coordinate certain legal processes such as notarization of company documents, application and maintenance of business licenses in different jurisdictions, completion of certain questionnaires (KYC) from authorities or suppliers.
  • Support data privacy activities in accordance with EU legislation.
  • Handle legal issues related to business activities within the EU.
  • Conduct phone conversations with clients, courts, and authorities, and independently handle correspondence in German and English.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent in Chinese, English, and German.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Familiarity with local EU information security regulations, EU internal power-related policies, and business rules.
  • Capable of handling legal issues related to business activities within the EU.
  • Strong organizational skills and a desire to understand the business and company relationships.
  • Excellent team collaborator with strong communication skills.
  • Prior interest or experience in residential photovoltaics or renewable energy field is a plus.
