Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize, establish, and improve the company's distributed photovoltaic (household, industrial, and commercial) online-offline operation and maintenance management system and operation and maintenance team.
2. Prepare and revise the distributed photovoltaic operation and maintenance production management system, technical documents, safety documents, and related process documents.
3. Responsible for the formulation of distributed photovoltaic project operation and maintenance plans, and adjust the operation and maintenance plans or operation and maintenance models according to industry market dynamics.
4. Responsible for the operation and maintenance work management, safety control, cost control, and operation and maintenance indicator control of the company's existing projects.
5. Establish the company's operation and maintenance team.
Qualifications:
1. More than 2 years of work experience in new energy-related industries, experience in (household, industrial, and commercial) photovoltaic operation and maintenance management is preferred, fluent in English, native German speakers are preferred.
2. Experience in remote power station operation and maintenance using information technology.
3. Clear logical thinking, clear language expression, and the ability to adapt flexibly.
4. Priority is given to those who have been engaged in household or industrial and commercial operation and maintenance work in the past year.
