Senior Director, Professional Services

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our EMEA TMS function. As a strategic leader, you will provide oversight to the implementation of business plans and direction to the Services team. Your expertise in product, operational, and people leadership will be essential in driving the success of our TMS business.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and manage project governance, ensuring the overall success of all EMEA TMS implementations.
- Serve as an escalation point for issue resolution and attend Steering Committee Meetings as Project Director.
- Act as Project Engagement Lead and strategic partner to customers, providing industry expertise and developing scheduling commitments.
- Oversee existing customer base, monitor upgrade reviews, and maintain a high billable percentage.
- Provide inspirational leadership and coaching to reports, manage performance, discipline, and training.
- Collaborate with EMEA Sales leadership to ensure the success of the TMS business and establish positive collaboration between Services and Sales.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
- Subject matter expert within the software implementation field with proven consulting expertise in TMS and Transport Management.
- Cloud/Saas implementation software subject matter expert.
- Proven end-to-end sales through to implementation experience.
- Resource planning and management experience with supply chain systems and software implementations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong engagement management and influencing skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to write speeches and articles using original techniques or style.
- Ability to present and deliver a compelling argument on complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
- Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism in its most difficult phases.
- Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
