We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Personal Advisor and Customer Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and recruitment expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staff Placement: Identify and attract top talent to meet our clients' staffing needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for our clients' requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • HR Support: Provide guidance and support to our clients on HR-related matters, including employment law and best practices.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, with experience in recruitment software and tools.
