Position Overview:
As a Travel Consultant at DB Vertrieb GmbH, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and facilitating seamless travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and sell a comprehensive range of DB passenger transportation services.
- Engage in professional and standardized interactions with customers.
- Proactively promote and sell additional travel-related services.
- Assist customers with fare refunds and resolve travel-related inquiries.
- Address and manage customer feedback and complaints effectively.
- Guide customers in using digital applications and ticket vending machines.
Candidate Profile:
- Completed commercial training with a background in customer service.
- Strong understanding of transportation geography and DB service routes.
- Proficient in utilizing modern sales tools, including smartphones and online platforms.
- Ability to handle complaints and conflicts with professionalism.
- Excellent language skills, including proficiency in English and ideally additional languages.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as required.
