Senior Manager for Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our RTL2GDS flow and methodology efforts. As a key member of our Design Enabling and Services (DES) team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our digital transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our RTL2GDS flow and methodology, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and industry trends.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of experts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their growth and development.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to manage expectations, translate product requirements, and ensure effective communication.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize our flow and methodology processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging experimentation and learning from failures.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing teams.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital implementation, flow, and methodology, as well as experience with EDA landscape and software vendors.
- Soft Skills: Proactive and self-driven attitude, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with conflict resolution.
