Senior Manager for Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our RTL2GDS flow and methodology efforts in cross-functional, multi-site projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the RTL2GDS flow and methodology teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, translate product requirements into best-in-class implementation flows, and foster a positive team environment.
- Flow and Methodology Development: Develop and maintain the RTL2GDS flow and methodology, ensuring it is aligned with industry best practices and company standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, to bring Agile and meta-modelling concepts to SOC flow development.
- Problem-Solving and Analysis: Analyze and solve complex problems using your global expert network, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with universities to attract young talents and foster innovation.
- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or similar field.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading teams.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital implementation of complex chips, flow and methodology, and EDA landscape (software vendors).
- Soft Skills: Proactive and self-driven attitude, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and multitask effectively.
