Your Responsibilities
  • Engage in the rollout, localization, and enhancement of SAP projects for both national and international clients.
  • Lead and oversee multiple SAP initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and project milestones.
  • Create comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resource distribution, and budget oversight.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP specialists, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective strategies to mitigate issues, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Facilitate project meetings, providing updates, stakeholder reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables meets or exceeds established standards.
  • Guide a team of professionals to successfully achieve SYNSERO Group's strategic objectives.
Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven ability to manage large-scale multinational projects or multiple concurrent projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and technologies, with hands-on experience in managing SAP implementations, upgrades, or migrations. Familiarity with localization efforts in Latin America and S/4 projects is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with various project management methodologies, including waterfall, Agile, and SAP Activate.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
