Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für das Studierendensekretariat eine Application Manager*in (m/w/d) (Kennziffer N1979) mit Vergütung nach TV-L, Entgeltgruppe 9b – 11 je nach Qualifikation, Beschäftigungsdauer: unbefristet, Beschäftigungsumfang: 100 % der tariflichen Arbeitszeit.

Das ist Ihr Arbeitsbereich:

Das Studierendensekretariat ist die zentrale Servicestelle bei administrativen Angelegenheiten über den gesamten "Student Lifecycle". Die Aufgaben reichen von der Durchführung der Bewerbung, Zulassung und Einschreibung deutscher und internationaler Studierender bis hin zur Durchführung von Rückmeldung, Beurlaubung und Exmatrikulation. Ebenso umfasst der Aufgabenbereich die Überprüfung von Hochschulzugangsberechtigungen sowie das Gebührenmanagement der Sozialbeiträge.

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Administration, Anwendungsmanagement und Anwendersupport für die vorhandenen Systeme, insbesondere SAP SLcM
  • Optimierung und Automatisierung bestehender Prozesse mit Hinblick auf Digitalisierung
  • Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaft und Vertretung der Abteilung in Arbeitsgruppen
  • Erstellen von Auswertungen und Statistiken auf Basis der bestehenden Datenbanksysteme, sowie Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, Datenschutz und Datensicherheit

Ihr Profil ist:

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (technische) BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang oder Sie verfügen über einen vergleichbaren Bildungsabschluss oder eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Daten, Prozessen und Datenbanken
  • Sprachkenntnisse (gemäß GER): mindestens Deutsch B2 und mindestens Englisch B1

Darüber hinaus bringen Sie mit:

  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu strukturieren und passgenaue Lösungen bzw. (technische) Konzepte zu entwerfen und zu kommunizieren
  • Offenheit sich in neue Themenfelder einzuarbeiten und sich diese selbstständig zu erarbeiten
  • Programmierkenntnisse, bevorzugt Python oder Java
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
