(Senior) Finance Transformation Manager (w/m/d)

Your role is crucial in ensuring the successful digital transformation of our clients.

Your Responsibilities
Are you ready to leverage your consulting expertise to advance our SAP & Finance Transformation sector? Here’s how you can contribute:

  • As a (Senior) Manager in Finance Transformation, you will lead complex finance transformation initiatives.
  • You will serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and project leaders throughout the transformation process.
  • Your experience in optimizing process and organizational structures in administrative areas such as accounting, controlling, and/or HR will be invaluable.
  • You will contribute to the growth of the Digital Finance business area by acquiring new clients, enhancing existing relationships, and building the team.
  • Additionally, you will engage in empirical studies, publish professional articles, and present at industry conferences.
Your Profile
  • You possess at least 5 years of professional experience in a consulting firm, along with project management and team leadership experience.
  • You have a proven track record in acquiring and managing finance transformation projects for corporate and mid-sized clients.
  • Your deep and broad understanding of financial processes, organization, and technology, as well as current digitalization trends in finance, such as RPA and S/4, is essential.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • You are willing to travel to provide on-site consulting to our clients.
  • Your entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, and solid expertise in relevant fields complete your qualifications.
