About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Tönnies Lebensmittel GmbH & Co. KG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain existing customer relationships to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active customer acquisition and negotiation of prices and contractual terms.
  • Develop and manage the holistic offer process to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales activities.
  • Coordinate order entry and order handling in cooperation with internal interface departments.
  • Monitor and update customer master data on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Review and draw up contracts as well as customer account management to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Implement promotional measures in consultation with Sales Management and contribute to various sales projects to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Visit customers and attend trade fairs to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Your Profile
  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional experience in the B2B sale of meat, ideally in a similar industry or sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • An excellent level of English, as well as proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Reliability and a flair for organisation, with a high degree of initiative and independence.
