About the Role:
As a C++ Programmer, you will collaborate with designers, producers, artists, and the audio team to bring our vision of the game to life. You will support art and gameplay features, create sustainable workflows, and work with production staff and other leads to establish engineering tasks and schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality game features
- Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures
- Work with the production team to establish engineering tasks and schedule requirements
- Contribute to the development of sustainable workflows and processes
Requirements:
- Strong programming skills in C++
- Experience with proprietary game engines
- Familiarity with PC and Console development best practices
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical developers
- Experience in data-oriented design
- Previous leadership/mentorship experience, or leadership interest and potential
- Passion for real-time strategy and/or roleplaying games
- Fluent in written and spoken English
