Role Overview
This position will oversee our ERP Systems Manager and ERP consultants, managing various stakeholders throughout the organization. The role reports directly to the Head of Engineering.
Main Responsibilities
- This is a senior-level position requiring extensive expertise in NetSuite.
- Direct and lead a team of NetSuite consultants, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Customize NetSuite functionalities utilizing SuiteScript.
- Supervise the data importation into NetSuite from external sources.
- Guide the team in generating reports and conducting analyses based on NetSuite data.
- Manage permissions and overall administration of the NetSuite platform.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure data accuracy within NetSuite.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite administration and development.
- 3+ years in a leadership role within an ERP team.
- SuiteScript Proficiency:
- Capability to write and comprehend basic SuiteScript for customization purposes.
- Familiarity with SuiteScript 2.0 and its supported record types.
- CSV Import/Export Skills: Proficiency in importing and exporting data using CSV files, including bank statements and transaction updates.
- User Interface Customization: Ability to tailor NetSuite, including the creation of custom forms, fields, and records.
- Basic SuiteAnalytics Knowledge: Competence in creating and customizing reports and dashboards with SuiteAnalytics.
- Understanding of Permissions and Roles: Skills to establish and manage user roles and permissions for data security.
- Navigation and Interface Usage: Proficiency in navigating the NetSuite interface and utilizing its various modules, such as Accounting, Inventory, and Order Management.
- Basic Financial Management: Understanding of fundamental financial processes, including order management, procurement, and inventory control.
- Order Management Skills: Experience in managing sales orders, purchase orders, and returns.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and senior leadership to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues for successful project delivery.
- Capacity to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision, while continuously advancing long-term objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced SuiteScript and SuiteTalk:
- Proficiency in advanced SuiteScript for complex customizations.
- Understanding of SuiteTalk for web services integration.
- SuiteAnalytics Advanced Features: Ability to leverage advanced SuiteAnalytics features, such as calculated measures from pivot grids.
- SuiteApps Management: Knowledge of managing and utilizing SuiteApps for specific functions like quality management and warehouse management.
- Advanced Financial Management: Skills in complex financial processes, including revenue recognition and fixed asset management.
- Supply Chain and Inventory Management: In-depth understanding of supply chain operations and inventory management, including enhancements in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
E-commerce/Amazon Experience: Experience in managing e-commerce operations and integrating them with inventory and financial management systems, with familiarity in platforms like Amazon or Seller Central.
