Senior ERP Technical Product Manager

Xentral ERP Software GmbH is seeking a skilled Senior ERP Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the overall product strategy for our next-generation ERP system.
Your Key Responsibilities- You will lead the product pipeline in an agile environment and collaborate closely with our full-stack team to ensure successful sprint execution.
- You will develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and work closely with our Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure alignment.
- You will design and plan your own product roadmap, leveraging a well-organized backlog and a clear understanding of the big picture.
- You will break down complex requirements into clear specifications and communicate proactively with your colleagues in engineering and design.
- You have several years of experience in modern tech product management in an agile environment with a full-stack team, ideally in a SaaS context.
- You have solid experience in ERP and a profound understanding of e-Commerce platforms and the associated background processes.
- You are proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and have a strong background in data infrastructure and data integration.
- You are fluent in both English and German.
