Your Key Responsibilities- Manage a Windows fleet of over 8,000 devices worldwide, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
- Support our customers in their digital transformation journey, providing expert guidance and solutions.
- Collaborate with our team to commission new systems via Microsoft Autopilot / Intune, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Packaging and distribution of software packages in the Intune environment, ensuring compliance and security.
- Provide 2nd Level Support, as well as automating and further developing services and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Scale IT systems to reduce costs or manage load, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Support service processes, particularly customer impact prevention and problem analysis, to ensure minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
- Completed IT training, degree, or similar, with a strong foundation in IT principles and practices.
- Proven experience in application support and programming languages, preferably PowerShell or other scripting languages.
- Good knowledge of Windows administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of business and production processes, with the ability to analyze and improve workflows.
- Preferably experience in Microsoft Autopilot / Intune, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
