Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead the development of our 360° product ecosystem focused on hair health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a comprehensive product suite that integrates digital health and wearable technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product strategy for our hair health ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with our digital health platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products, including the niostem App, which will serve as a cornerstone of our product ecosystem.
  • Co-develop the second generation of our smart wearable device, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Continuously gather customer feedback and implement enhancements to our existing products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our users.
  • Support the launch of new products, ensuring a smooth and successful market introduction.
Requirements
  • Hold a university degree in software engineering, UI/UX design, arts, or a related field.
  • Be a driven and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in product development and launch.
  • Have experience in building and leading product ecosystems, with a focus on digital health and wearables.
  • Be fluent in English, with German being a plus.
  • Be located in the European Union, preferably in Cologne or willing to relocate.
