Your Role
A Solution Advisor (f/m/d) collaborates closely with clients and prospects to pinpoint and address business challenges, aligning with their strategic objectives through SAP solutions. As a vital member of the sales team, the Solution Advisor (f/m/d) serves as the primary expert responsible for both functional and technical insights throughout the sales process. You will assist in deals by engaging in discovery sessions, executive discussions, and presentations, delivering software demonstrations that illustrate SAP's distinctive value proposition. Beyond deal support, the Solution Advisor (f/m/d) will also engage in marketing initiatives to stimulate demand, lead Design Thinking workshops, and work alongside the broader sales team to uncover opportunities within existing accounts.

- Participate in hands-on learning experiences with colleagues globally, acquiring a diverse range of business, industry, and SAP solution expertise while working with innovative technologies.
- Receive mentorship and on-the-job training from experienced Solution Advisors, gaining practical experience that will prepare you to guide clients through their Digital Transformation journeys.
Your Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of technical and business processes, familiarity with pertinent technologies/solutions, and exceptional communication or client-facing skills.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills characterized by enthusiasm, curiosity, effective listening, professionalism, empathy, and a proactive approach.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and across various business functions.
- Robust business acumen, demonstrating knowledge of business processes and/or industries.
- A willingness to explore both functional and technical details to grasp the comprehensive picture.
