Logistics Coordinator (m/w/d)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at VPL Personal Leasing GmbH. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of incoming goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Unloading trucks and verifying delivery documents to ensure timely and efficient processing
  • Communicating effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless logistics operations
  • Collaborating with our facility in Poland and suppliers to optimize logistics workflows
  • Updating our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to reflect inventory levels and shipment status
  • Conducting regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintaining forklifts and other equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Performing general warehouse tasks as needed to support logistics operations
Requirements:
  • Completed training in logistics or a related field
  • Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Fluent in German and strong knowledge of English
  • Forklift license and ability to operate heavy machinery safely
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Reliability and proactivity in a fast-paced logistics environment
