About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at stewe Personalservice Attendorn GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of customer orders and overseeing the transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage and optimize warehouse operations to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of electronic warehouse management systems and transportation management systems
  • Valid driver's license for forklift operation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
