Sourcing Coordinator

Position Overview:

As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless availability of essential materials and components. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at optimizing our purchasing processes and maintaining effective supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guarantee the continuous availability of assigned products.
• Assess and determine the requirements for procured items.
• Initiate purchase orders and manage call-offs efficiently.
• Monitor timelines and oversee quantity management.
• Review and authorize incoming invoices for accuracy.
• Collaborate with strategic procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics partners.
• Oversee and coordinate production activities within the logistics assembly area.
• Maintain and enhance material master data within SAP systems.
• Develop and modify evaluations, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Engage in projects specific to the department to drive improvements.

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk or equivalent.
• Proficient in standard software applications, including MS Office and SAP.
• Exhibit strong teamwork and communication capabilities.
• Demonstrate a conscientious approach to work.
• Possess good command of the English language.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Previous experience in procurement is advantageous.
