We are seeking a driven Entrepreneur in Residence (m/f/d) to collaborate with one of our portfolio enterprises and enhance its market entry strategies. In this role, you will ensure that our portfolio company's essential services are maximized while contributing to a variety of initiatives.
Our portfolio company, established in 2021 and headquartered in Berlin, operates a pioneering marketplace that transforms one of the largest supply chains globally. The mission is to unlock the significant potential of cross-border supply for the Western Market by offering global access to premium products through an innovative platform. Since its inception, the firm has discreetly served numerous businesses without public exposure.
Key Responsibilities- Craft the market entry strategy alongside the Founding Team
- Evaluate and enhance category management in collaboration with the procurement team
- Assist the Founding Team in redefining, optimizing, and expanding the Supplier Management System
- Investigate new product and customer segments to devise and execute innovative growth strategies with the Sales Lead
- Design a roadmap for a sustainable Supply Chain
- Refine existing processes across all departments and establish new workflows
- Experience in competitive fields such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or high-growth startups
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with a keen interest in emerging technologies
- Adaptable generalist with a solution-oriented mindset
- Passionate about growth startups and transforming the construction sector with an international team
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Hands-on approach - implementation is key to your satisfaction
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors, taking the initiative to contribute
- Excellent academic credentials in Economics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
- Fluent in both German and English
Note: We are looking for support in our portfolio company's office. Eligibility to work in the EU is a prerequisite.
