Pixtunes GmbH is a Berlin-based deep-tech startup revolutionizing the entertainment sector with a groundbreaking media experience. Our mission is to deliver personalized soundtracks for individuals, blending reality with immersive music and sound.
We're currently in product discovery mode, seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence / C-Level Assistant to collaborate with our founders and drive the development of our innovative product. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in disrupting a multi-billion dollar market and potentially grow into a key position within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the founders to execute strategic and operational tasks, driving the growth and development of the company.
- Lead cross-functional projects related to strategy, business development, marketing, sales, and finance, leveraging data analysis to inform insights and drive growth.
- Identify operational efficiency opportunities, improve business processes, and deliver scalable solutions as a growth hacker.
- Collaborate with the team to unlock new revenue streams and drive business expansion.
We're looking for a highly motivated individual with:
- A degree from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, with outstanding academic records.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, venture development, or entrepreneurship, preferably in a startup, incubator, or consultancy.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and think critically.
- English fluency is required, with German being a significant advantage.
