Pixtunes GmbH is a Berlin-based deep-tech startup revolutionizing the entertainment sector with a groundbreaking media experience. Our mission is to deliver personalized soundtracks that mirror the viewer's reality, accompanied by immersive music and sound.
We're seeking an ambitious Entrepreneur in Residence to collaborate with our founders, drive strategic and operational initiatives, and play a pivotal role in growing the company. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a disruptive market and potentially transition to a full-time position with equity.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional projects and tasks related to strategy, business development, marketing, sales, and finance
- Analyze data, identify growth levers, and develop actionable plans, with a focus on operational efficiency and scalability
- Work independently, with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and think critically to tackle challenges and break rules
- Collaborate with the founders and team members to drive innovation and growth
We're looking for a highly motivated individual with:
- A degree from a top university in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field, with outstanding academic records
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, venture development, or entrepreneurship, preferably in a startup, incubator, or consultancy
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver results under pressure
- English fluency, with German being a significant advantage
