Your Role:

As a Working Student in our Legal & Compliance Division, you will play a vital role in enhancing our legal framework while collaborating in a multinational setting that supports operations across various countries.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in addressing a diverse array of legal issues, particularly in consumer law, IT law, data protection law, and insurance contract law.
  • Perform legal research on emerging regulations, including but not limited to the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and the Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act).
  • Manage and update our contract and data protection management systems, ensuring deadlines are monitored effectively.
  • Contribute to the review and quality assurance of terms and conditions, as well as other legal documents.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved appropriately.

What We Expect:
  • Enrollment in a recognized university.
  • Currently studying German Law at a German University or University of Applied Sciences, ideally in Semester 5 or above.
  • Proficiency in both German and English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, with clear communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • A meticulous, independent, and pragmatic work ethic.
