As a Legal Intern within our Compliance Division, you will play a vital role in enhancing our Legal & Compliance framework, collaborating in a global context to support operations across various countries.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in diverse legal issues, particularly focusing on consumer protection, information technology law, data privacy regulations, and insurance agreements.
  • Perform legal research on forthcoming regulations, including but not limited to the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and the Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act).
  • Update and manage our contract and data protection oversight tools, ensuring all deadlines are monitored effectively.
  • Contribute to the quality assurance of legal documents, including terms and conditions.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure effective resolutions.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Currently enrolled in a German University or University of Applied Sciences, pursuing a degree in German Law (state examination, Bachelor's, or Master's), ideally in Semester 5 or beyond.
  • Proficient in both German and English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Able to analyze and resolve complex legal challenges, articulating solutions clearly in both spoken and written forms.
  • Exhibit a meticulous, independent, and pragmatic work ethic.
