Head of Workplace Experience and Operations

About the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking and dynamic professional to fill the position of Head of Workplace Experience and Operations at LucaNet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the workplace experience for our global staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and implementation of a cross-functional workplace experience team, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across locations.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for workplace services, real estate, office operations, and environmental health & safety, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Drive the optimization, digitization, and automation of workplace processes to enhance the employee experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between the workplace experience team and internal stakeholders, addressing workplace-related issues and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage various projects and initiatives, including office relocations and moves, to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new subsidiaries and ensure a cohesive workplace experience.
- Work remotely or flexibly in a hybrid model, with the option to work from one of our locations in Germany.
Requirements
- Proven track record in leading workplace experience or facilities teams in global organizations with over 800 employees.
- Experience in international relocations and office moves is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent German and English language skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Adaptable personality with a proven ability to support and implement changes.
