Lead IT Project Manager (f/m/x) – Service & Sales Areas
Your responsibilities
Professional Advisory and Project Management: Oversee IT projects in the Service (focused on Microsoft Dynamics Field Service) and Sales (focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM) domains. Provide expert guidance to business teams on maximizing system functionalities, utilizing strong presentation skills to effectively communicate project objectives, outcomes, and insights.Process Optimization and Analysis: Identify and implement enhancements in the Service area while adhering to software standards to improve system efficiency. Collaborate with the Sales department to analyze and optimize sales processes, aiming to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor the team in adopting new processes and implementing strategies that promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders across both areas, fostering a collaborative work environment. Utilize excellent communication skills to inspire the team and manage cross-functional interactions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Several years of experience in leading IT projects, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics Field Service and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating and guiding teams through complex project landscapes.In-depth understanding of business processes and IT systems, with a focus on optimizing processes and integrating technology solutions into business workflows.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and engaging manner.Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.Our benefits
