Role Overview

This is a critical role within our eCommerce team, responsible for managing our Amazon business in the DACH region. The successful candidate will own the relationship with Amazon Vendor Management & AVS Teams, drive market growth in Germany and future Amazon marketplaces within DACH, and ensure perfect online execution to meet Perrigo's sales, volume, price, and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship with Amazon Vendor Management & AVS Teams
  • Outgrow market dynamics in Germany and future Amazon marketplaces within DACH
  • Manage consolidated Amazon P&L and ensure perfect online execution
  • Deliver commercial & promotional excellence across DACH
  • Ensure profitable customer growth
  • Build a long-term profitable customer relationship
  • Own format management and assortment strategies
  • Jointly develop winning plans with Senior Digital Performance Manager and Brand Leads
  • Analyze eCommerce data to identify new growth opportunities
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and deliver impeccable key account management

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in Amazon retail key account management
  • Fluent German & English - excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of Amazon's business model and organization
  • Strong track record in delivering top-line and profit results
  • Strong customer management skills and bias for business development
  • Expert in negotiation techniques, gross to net optimization, and trade term optimization
  • Brand, consumer, and customer-centric
  • Flexible and professional attitude and a team player
