Your Role: Sales Director - Real Asset Investments
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Director to spearhead the acquisition of institutional clients and asset managers in the real asset investment space. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our sales strategy, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and acquire new institutional clients and asset managers specializing in real assets.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of potential clients through market research and networking.
- Conceptualize and deliver compelling sales presentations and workshops to showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements in the real asset investment sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to identify and participate in relevant industry events and conferences.
- Cultivate and expand a network of business partners within the real asset investment community.
Your Profile:
- Proven track record of success in selling investment funds, particularly within the real asset space, at a capital management company or asset manager.
- Deep understanding of market practices and regulatory requirements in the European fund industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Fluent English language skills.
